💃 Agenda Creation | Part 1 of 3 | Salesforce Meeting Preparation 🕺

Good morning, Salesforce Nerds! What are you doing to set up your stakeholder for success in your project meeting? 🤔 Will you get the stakeholder validations and decisions that you need to move the project forward? 🤔 What do the stakeholders want to get out of this meeting?! 🤔

When your restaurant waiter comes to wait on you, they want to set you up for success-

They bring you a menu, logically laid out with appetizers in the front, and dessert in the back. They walk you through the specials of the day, show you where the drink menu is, and offer recommendations for your gluten-free daughter.

And we’re no food experts. We don’t know that sole is a fish, or broccolini is broccoli’s taller, leaner, and, dare we say better looking sibling. Our waiter, however, knows all these things, and is ready with an explanation that us non-foodies understand.

We need to be ready to do the same for those agenda items that seem basic to us, but may not be for a non-SF professional.
