TL; DR | A now ex-Salesforce VP, Karl Wirth, is suing Salesforce. His gripe is that CDP (Customer Data Platform) was advertised with real-time data processing abilities. In reality, per Wirth, “many of the processes” take hours. Only some are real-time.
