💃 Over-Delivering | Part 2 of 3 | Salesforce Meeting Preparation🕺

The Salesforce Project Meeting with Stakeholders

Good morning, Salesforce Nerds! You just finished your meeting with your stakeholder…early! 🎉

You review your agenda and confirmed you’ve covered it all. Your stakeholder is happy to get the time back, and you are happy that they are happy. All is good! 🙌

Next week, it happens again. High-fives all around. We ask each other - “We must be really good at our jobs if we are always ending these meetings early, right?”

Ouch. 💔💔💔

In reality, you’ve been under-delivering. You have under-utilized precious stakeholder meeting time. 😞

But worry not! Let’s get a fresh perspective on this and get to over-delivering asap! 💪
