What is it?
Sharing the agenda in advance is typically a request from the stakeholder.
A reasonable one, too.
If they have insight into what will be covered in the meeting, then they are set up to prepare their responses and decisions in advance of the meeting.
No surprises, right? No one likes surprises in projects.
And from the Salesforce professional’s perspective, it holds us accountable to groom an agenda in advance. It’s an additional gate to get us prepared for the meeting.
