💃 Salesforce Technical Architect | Part 3 of 3 | Enjoy the Journey🕺

Don't stop believing! 🎤🎸🎶

Good morning, Salesforce Nerds! Well, we’ve done it! We’ve tackled both sides of the CTA Pyramid and there’s nothing left to do but reach the summit … just - not so fast. Yeah, this is the last step toward this cert but it’s also the hardest. 😰😰 Today the 💃 ChaCha 🕺explores what it takes to get there.

Agenda for today includes

Technical Architect | Part 3 of 3 | Enjoy the Journey

This cert is all testing how well you can take a business scenario and produce secure, scalable, high-performance solution that will max out the potential of the platform. 💪

To earn this cert you’ll need all the knowledge you gained from the Application Architect and System Architect certs plus a hefty amount of real-world experience - probably somewhere in the neighborhood of 5 years of implementation experience in architectural role. 🤯

The exam is divided into these two steps - you need to pass both to earn the cert:

✅ Architect Review Board Evaluation

This is the first evaluation you must pass. It’s formatted like the Review Board exam. It’s also an online only format where you’ll go through these steps:

  • 60 minutes to read, solution, design, and justify a detailed architectural solution

  • 30 minutes to present your recommendations

  • 30 minutes for Q&A discussion

  • 45 minutes for additional feedback and discussion

This is gonna run you $1500! 💵💵 Be sure you’ve done your homework and come prepared!

✅ Technical Architect Review Board Exam

This is it! The last step. All the time, money, and effort has led us here. You’ll be in front of a handful of other CTA’s that you will design a technical solution for and present to. Afterward you’ll need to defend your design decisions as the Review Board attempts to poke holes in your design.

The exam is laid out like this:

  • 180 minutes to read, solution, design, and justify a detailed architectural solution

  • 45 minutes to present your recommendations

  • 40 minutes for Q&A discussion

This one is $4500!! 💵💵💵💵 You’ll need to come correct and be sure you’ve mastered all the knowledge areas. You can do this on in-person or online.
