Good morning, Salesforce Nerds! We are gonna tackle a big and important topic in our next series - The Salesforce Project Meeting with Stakeholders.

This series is for anyone who advising, serving, supporting, maintaining, optimizing, or implementing for their stakeholders πŸ™Œ .

What Is It?

Oh, you know, just one of the most important responsibilities of a Salesforce Professional.

Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with stakeholder expectations.

Provide guidance and support to stakeholders in defining and optimizing their Salesforce workflows, configurations, and customizations.

Lead and coordinate project kickoff meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
