The Salesforce Project Meeting with Stakeholders
Good morning, Salesforce Nerds! Running a project meeting with stakeholders is critical for OH LOOK, SQUIRREL 🐿 !!
Sorry about that but….did you see that fuzzy lil guy? SO. CUTE. 🥰 .
Think we can name him Fuzz?
Think he has a lady squirrel in his life 💃?
Can squirrels see colors 🌈 ?
I wonder what Fuzz’s favorite color is 🤔.
Anyway. Where were we? Critical something?
Oh look at that, it’s 1pm, and I have a hard stop. Please send a follow up email about Fuzz and the color spectrum he is able to see 🙂.

Agenda for today includes

But first, please be sure to refer your fellow Salesforce professionals! It's easy to do. It's fun. It's good for your skin. All you gotta do is copy/paste the below referral link, then send to your friend!
Manage Squirrels and Shiny Objects
Have you had meetings that go off the rails? When nothing goes as planned despite great preparation?
Stakeholders AND Salesforce professionals are prone to getting off topic.
Stakeholders have the “Can It Do” syndrome-
“Can Salesforce do this? Can Salesforce do that?”
Salesforce professionals are guilty of being distracted, too.
The most common example being - we are natural problem solvers, and we love when our stakeholders bring us interesting problems to solve!
We can easily spend a 30min meeting solution-ing on the call about how we could possibly do this with a Flow 🐿 but actually maybe we may need Apex 🪩 but how would we trigger it 🐿 oh we can do this or that 🪩.
Yeah…. we Salesforce professionals are also guilty of chasing the squirrels 🐿 and shiny objects 🪩.
